FAQ

Do you ship your bikes?

Yes, we ship our bikes all over the USA and some even as far as Australia.

How much is shipping for a Dutch bike?

Shipping for a single Dutch bike (i.e. Oma or Opa-sized) currently ranges from $310 to $350 within the continental USA and up to $750 for places as far away as the Land Down Under. Shipments outside of the USA are also subject to import duties and "handling" fees by local customs authorities which can add substantially to the cost.

How long does it take?

We ship all our Dutch bikes by UPS Supply Chain solutions, air frieght. This minimizes time (and damage) in transit and gets you your bike in four days or less from the time it leaves Seattle. They are packed in a wooden crate, fully assembled and tuned-up, save for the pedals and handlebars which are detached to fit in the crate. You'll be riding your bike within ten minutes of opening the crate.

What about shipping Birdys?

Yup, We ship Birdys too and rates vary from $80 to $120 for FedEx "Home", four-day service, within the continental USA. Faster levels of service are available.
